I am joining the Weekly Weigh-In's, a series from Josey's blog. I am going to try and focus on adding more fitness to my daily routine rather than diet because I am limited from my breastfeeding diet which I will also discuss below.
Pre IVF Weight: 140, Post IVF: 145
Starting Weight: 38w pregnant: 185#
Last Week's Weight: 146#
Current Weight: 147#
Starting BMI: 28.1 (pregnant)
Last Week's BMI: 22.8
Current BMI: 22.7
1. Reiterate my goal and where I stand in reference to this goal: Blogger keeps changing the #'s... wth.
I'm 5' 8 and have a goal weight of 140 lbs
2. Discuss what I am going to do to achieve my goals:
I have never been one for working out, but my goals are to tone more than lose weight, because I know the pounds will eventually come off and I am not worried about the number as much as I am how I look.
- (2x) 30 sit-ups per day
-(2x) butt muscle exercise (no clue what it's called!)
-Lifting my almost 15lb baby all day has my arms covered!
Activities & goals for this coming week:
Stroller Walk atleast 1x (gotta start somewhere!)
On-going Life Style Goals:
I have cut dairy completely from my diet including baked in and eggs, peanuts and soy because I want to see if it helps with R's chronic phlegm issues in his throat. . I'm threading lightly with acidic fruits like oranges. . . this leaves me very limited diet wise so the goal is to stay on track and hopefully see improvement in a week.

Welcome to WWWs! I'm 5'8" as well and can't wait to feel awesome at a toned 140#
I'm contemplating cutting out dairy for awhile as well in case that is causing any of Stella's issues, but DAMN that would be hard.
